JRiver Media Center 32 Won't Find or Load Album Artwork
« on: March 11, 2024, 10:22:15 am »

Hi, I have a paid Version 32 Master License. When I insert a CD, the software cannot find any album artwork automatically or from the Internet. I have the latest upgrades, etc. installed. I am on Windows 11. I can add artwork manually, but it's a lot of work to do that. Anybody have any ideas why this is happening? Is the service's online database down? Much appreciate any help or ideas you can provide. Thank you.

There's server issues happening currently due to an internet outage at JRiver's HQ.

Thank you. Great that you were able to find this out? How did you do it? Does JRiver normally post an announcement somewhere? I can't find one. I had to search the Interact Forum. Took me awhile to find it. Thanks.

We expect things to be working a few hours.
