Whenever I right click on any video file and select "Get Movies & TV Info..." nothing happens; nothing at all.  I'm not presented with any errors or information.  Could this be related to the JRiver internet outage?

That's odd.  The JRiver internet is back up, but I'm still having the same problem.

I just tried in MC32 and it seems to work.

Maybe there is a limit.

Is there a setting or file that is used to dictate that?  Maybe I can reset that.

Not on our side, but check TMDB.  They may be blocking access.

From what I can see, there's nothing on my end that would be blocking it.  Firewall is off, DNS is not blocking it and I don't use a malware scanner.  I was able to access the tmdb site just fine.  When I try to access that feature, I don't even get the MC popup window anymore.

I can access that site just fine though. Wouldn't that mean that they are not preventing access?

It's definitely a MC issue.  I had made an entire database backup yesterday.  After deleting the current one, and reverting to that one, everything seems to work.  I'm not sure what it was, but it is not TMDB.

I believe there is a bug where if your PC has no internet when MC is opened, the "Get Movie & TV.." will do nothing. But if you close MC then reopen it, while connected to internet, it will work again. I have noticed this for a while using 31. I have not checked with 32. I notice this because my PC is rarely connected to internet. Perhaps could be an issue if MC runs at startup.
