I want to update to version 32 from version 28. I am a registered user. You want my registration code. When I look at Help>Registration info... I don't see any registration code so I can't go any farther in the update process. I want to use the $6 coupon (WHYNOW).

Please help me with my program update process.

Thank you.

Thank you for your reply.

I don't understand the part in the upgrade form that asks for my email address and password. I only have one email address and I prefer not to send in the password for that address.

So do I need to create a new email address or do I type in my existing email address?

If I use an existing email address and give you the password to that address, then I lose my security for my email.

What should I enter for an email address and password??

It's not the password for your email account that it means. When you buy a license for Media Center, during the checkout process it asks you to create a password and that's the password it's talking about and asking for.

So it's the email address you used to purchase, along with the password it asked you to create during the checkout process. If the password isn't known I think there's a recovery process, unless I'm mistaken.
