My JRiver Media Center 31 application is crashing all the time while playing or idling. Log file is attached.

Turn off auto-import.

It looks like MC is crashing on an opus file:

Make sure you configure Windows Defender and don't use any other antivirus software.

It's not just crashing, it's crashing my whole computer.

That may be a driver problem.  MC couldn't crash your computer.

Antivirus?

I have the same problem.
I have updated from JRiver 27 to 31.
Since then I have this problem: JRiver crashes or pc schutting down. With JRiver off, PC works fine.

Are you running any other antivirus or non-Microsoft firewall?

I don't have any other anti virus. I tried to let MC pass trough the fire wall and di all the exemption files and folder and process exemptions, still crashing and shutting down the computer 🤔

If the computer shuts down, that is probably a driver problem.

Any idea on how I can find which driver could cause this problem?

I am having the same problem with MC31.  Crashes every day, and I have to restart the program.  How do I look at the log to see what's happening?

Try disabling auto-import and see if the crashes stop. If so, chances are it's trying to import a bad file or files that are causing it. Then you can enable logging, reproduce a crash then look near the end of the log at whatever the last file(s) MC was trying to import was and remove those from the library so they don't import and see if the crashes stop then.
