Video Problem
« on: January 25, 2025, 08:00:12 pm »

I just purchased an upgrade to V33.....
Terrible play back issue! Video super laggy and stuttering.
I still have V31 installed and the same media plays flawlessly.

Configure Windows Defender.

Reboot.

It's not a problem with JRiver.

Provide more details about your configuration.

Rebooting fixed whatever it was (PC was previously resumed from sleep, like it is 99% of the time).
MC already has network access thru Defender.
I definitely don't want to be rebooting every time I want to watch something tho!

Probably a good idea to post system specs like CPU and what GPU is being used, if you're using the latest drivers for the GPU, if switching Red October to one of the other Red October options works better, etc.

I don't work for JRiver... I help keep the forums safe from "male enhancements" and other sources of sketchy pharmaceuticals.
