JRiver is combining artist albums

So, how do I prevent JRiver from combining artists as a single list, in some cases over 20 albums are being made into one list.

It still says how many albums there are but it is not separating or is joining albums into a single list.

What can I do?

I tried clearing library, deleting library folders, and completely reinstalling JRiver.

Read the wiki topic on tagging.  Your tags for Artist, Album, and Album Artist are probably incomplete.

No, they are not incomplete. This is a recent occurrence and before today those artists have shown individual albums separately.
