I recently upgraded my old computer to a new one.  I have the iPhone 13 and use the JRemote App.  My issue with the new computer is the JRemote asks my computer to Wake.  It will only wake when J River is open on my desktop.  I have the Matrix Audio Element S Music Server.  I feel like I am doing something wrong when I add a new server.
I can add with the access key and my JRiver log in for the authentication. Again, but have issues with needing to "wake" JRiver  (I also have to select the Element S on the JRemote where it used to just connect automatically to the Element S) On my old computer I used my verizon password from my router. How do I add new server using the ip address?  What ip address, what port would I use and finally what would be my user name and password for the authentication.

Thanks,
Anthony

I'll split this to a new thread.

In Options > Startup, set MC to run Media Server on Windows Start.

Then  read about Wake On LAN  (WOL).  Use Google.
