I've been observing this issue for several months. I have three remote Zones; and MC ID, and two general purpose Windows boxes running Media Center each supporting a different AVR/TV combo. Whenever I send a playlist/Smartlist to one of them the "Last Played" field for the first track in the queue never gets updated with the current date/time. However if I am playing tracks locally "Last Played" updates correctly.

I have included three screen shots, first is the Send to selection, second is the queue as the first track is playing, and the third is the queue after all tracks have played.

Can this be fixed?

To allow a client to update the server, the server has to be set to use authentication (login / password).  Settings are under Media Network.

I don't understand. Of that three song Smartlist, for the 2nd and 3rd tracks the "Last Played" field is correctly updated to 02/22/2025, while the 1st tracks "Last Played" field remains unchanged at 12/06/2024.

As a retired programmer it would seem that there is a routine that is executed out of sequence when playback is sent to a non local Zone, or maybe the main code needs to "wait for reply" from the non local Zone before moving on.

Can someone please help with this?
