Hello, I purchased JRiver33 on January 4, had a couple of major computer issues, requiring rearranging my network and computers, and I somehow lost my registration (that is, the program seems to have deleted it). When I try to download another registration code, the email I recieved has no record of my purchasing JRiver33 (though lists the many other versions I've dutifully purchased). I have captures of both my registration info on a machine that is still fine, and also my paypal receipt (see redacted attachments). I hope you can help!
