Need help to upgrade

Sorry I tried to read all about how to upgrade and if I can from my version, but all the info I need is not in one place and I keep hitting more and more links and getting nowhere. Here are my stats and questions.
  • Windows 11
  • JRiver version 24.0.745
  • Were is the chart showing all the changes from at least my version to current version and all versions in between
  • I want to know why I should upgrade and can't tell unless I see some type of chart
