Version 9 File Import

I just downloaded and installed version 9.0.80. So far so good...
Except that the Tools > Import Media > Advanced doesn't let you choose the "Use Directory Structure" anymore....
When I choose Media Library > Audio > Artist/Album I get a lot of duplicates artists, unassigned files and other garbage.
Please put the "Use Directory Structure" option back.
