Would you like to know where this forum members are mostly from?
Just check your option and watch the results... I'd bet that the majority of the members are from USA/Canada but... who knows? Any member from the outer space?

If you want, you can use this thread to know if there are more members from your Town, State, Country, Planet, etc.

Are there any Catalans here? Spaniards?

Where am I from?

I'm Danish-Irish American. Ex Army brat born in Heidelberg, Germany. I have resided in Germany(20+yrs), Belgium(2yrs), Switzerland(2yrs),Denmark(5yrs), USA(20+), Moonbase Alpha (1970-197?).

Currently based near Lake George, NY, USA.

Due to some alien-induced comas, some periods of my life are a bit fuzzy. Especially 1967-1977. I think.

KingSparta: I spent my 4 years of high school at Munich American H.S. Got to know all the breweries and the Oktoberfest very well! Drinking age in Germany was 16.

I am calling this a break between beers.

Been to germany 2 times lived there 2 years each time (4 Years Total) My family is from germany (from the late 1930's they moved to the U.S.A. Moms Family Name Is "Hockenberry" i think thats spelled correcly).

Yes I have many empty Beer Bottles over the fire place All From Germany (I collect them after i drink them) Some from Hamburg.

Out of all the countries Germany Has the best beer for sure. No matter how much the US Market will try it still does not add up to the quality from a fine german beer.

The reason German beer tastes better than American beer is very simple: It is pure beer. They are not allowed by law to add any pestizides, herbizides, fungicides, artificial colouring and all the extra chemical stuff added to food and drinks over there!
