Hi Matt,

The problem appears if I click Interact Forum from the START menu (Welcome Page).  It does not appear if I start the Interact Forum from the HELP Menu.

I've verified this.  When I type within MC (Welcome Page link to forum) the BACKSPACE is a problem.  It is OK if I type it from IE (externally) and not within MC.
