This problem I found even in DayLight skin. The quote is from the Opus thread.

Note the "left/right" navigation buttons to the left of "single folder"? If it doesn't do this for you right away, try maximising, then restoring MC. Is this fixable via the main.xml file, or is more technical intervention required?

I've checked it and found the problem. The <updown>-section in the main.xml and the corresponding buttons are missing. I will correct this next weekend and upload the new version.

What version of MC are you using? I think this is standard now.

yeah im using 9.1.316 latest version but not the 10 beta

BTW, the DayLight Mini Skin has a strange behavior. If you run it with Playlist and EQ, the Equalizer always cover Playlist.  
I have ver 1.02.

This is 'by design'  

I use the Mini Skin in the upper right corner of my screen.
Normally i only display the main-window (and sometimes the playlist).
The EQ-window is only displayed for the short times when i change some EQ-settings. The i hide it again.

Any suggestions for the positioning of the skin-parts are welcome. Maybe i will change it in one of the next versions.

Yes it is possible.

But first i must take a closer look at it.

At the moment i don't know where to place the vis-area.
