Is there a way to drop the drive letter when exporting playlists to m3u?

I want to use my exported m3u playlists to load on to my iriver hard drive mp3 player but mc9 exports the drive letter of my music folder mapped to the Z: drive.  Therefore the player does not recognize Z:\ as a valid pointer.  I have to remove it in a text editor first.
