Upgrade from MJ 8 to MC 10

Currently using MC 10.0.76 beta and wish to purchase it as an upgrade from my current and latest version of MJ 8. I also would like to make the further upgrade to MC 10.xxx when finally released. Please advise procedure and cost. Thanks.
