Cannot get MC10 on a 2nd PC using restore
« on: April 16, 2004, 10:58:39 am »

3 times I went to the restore page and successfully downloaded a copy of MC10, in order to replace the copy of MC9.316 on my 2nd computer.

Whenever I click on the downloaded file, I get an error message (Error 21=Invalid license).

I don't have an invalid license.  I do want to update this computer.  I have posted before, but the suggestions I got didn't result in a success.

HP, XP Home, nothing else fancy.

Check the FAQ: http://www.musicex.com/mediacenter/purchase.html

Make sure you first install MC 10, then do the restore.
