I want to upgrade
« on: April 21, 2004, 03:53:57 pm »

...but v10 claims it's expired and 'purchase now' wants me to pay 15usd, not 10usd.  Yes I've got v9

You are probably using V9 with a V8 license.  Search your old e-mail for the receipt from buy-button @ jriver.com.  So the price would be correct.

Details are here:

Been there, done that, got the T-shirt.

Yep I started witrh v8

'A Media Center version 9 license can be upgraded to version 10 for $9.98. This includes anyone who who started with a version 8 license and then paid to upgrade it to version 9. Either way, the price is the same.'

The only get-out I can see is if I didn't pay for v9.  Is that possible?

Thanks for the quick response, BTW

Our records show one MJ8 license has been purchased.  No MC9 license was purchased.  MC9 worked with the MJ8 license.
