CDDB problem
« on: April 23, 2004, 03:13:46 pm »

There is a problem with the cddb - identification of new cds. The cddb program seems to get online to check, but then it invariably pops out the "malformed command sent from server to client" message. Can anyone help fix this?

CDDB is no longer supported...YaDB is the standard lookup for Media Jukebox/Center

YADB should work.  Check your settings.  Update your program.

I've forgotten, but try the options for encoding.

I think (trying to remember) right click on the CD in the tree, and there should be an option there to get and submit data for YADB
