Problem Purchasing Media Center
« on: May 27, 2004, 12:34:14 pm »

I am a registered/licensed owner/user of media juke box 8.x

I have tried in vain to purchase media center at the advertised price of $ 14.98 as per the offer below.

I have tried reinstalling version 8 and then reinstalling Media Center, but every time I try to purchase Media Center it only offers me the option to purchase at full $ 24.95 price.

Have you tried installing the latest v10 and purchasing from there?
Do you have Internet Explorer as your default browser?

Did you purchase MJv7 or MJv8? Licenses for MJv7 work for MJ8, but there is no upgrade path from an MJ7 license to MC10.

I really don't remember, but that may be what the problem is.
