upgrade from 9 to 10
« on: June 25, 2004, 04:18:05 am »

I recently changed PC's and installed version ten on my new PC as 30 day trial.  Previously having version 9 I kept record of registration key that I successfully installed to the version 10 using a link in previous post.

I can't use the upgrade or buy now links from MC as my browser doesn't display a site, the URL that is displayed is: http://%1%20https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/buy.cgi?productid=16&upgradefrom=xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxx.  As you can see this is my old version 9 key but no website is displayed.

Can you please help me upgrade from version 9 licence to 10.

Thanks

AJ

Try removing the http://%1%20 from the beginning. It should start https://rover...
