Restore
« on: June 30, 2004, 12:46:06 am »

I have just tried to Restore twice.  Must I use Internet Explorer really? I use Mozilla 1.7. I do not use IE.  I put in my Registration Nr. and it still shows that I have less than 30 days to go. Please comment.

When you restore, an e-mail is sent with a file attached (the installation key). Save this file and double click it, you will then be valid. Or you can download the installation key (file) from the restore page after a restore. Both of these techniques do not require IE. IE is needed for the automatic installation that happens.

All is better and I will promise not to pout. HOWEVER, you need a Procedures Technical Writer to test your instructions out. They lack some contiinuity. I'm available.
