Help: CDA Files Included In Library After Ripping
« on: July 10, 2004, 11:05:27 am »

Could anyone explain why I'm getting "cda" files included in my library along with my chosen "ape" files after ripping from a store bought CD when this never happened before?

I recently upgraded to MC 10.0.149 and that's when the trouble began.  Prior "rips" just contained my "ape" files as I had requested.  Now I'm getting said "ape" files along with their cousins in "cda" form.  "Rip" (4) songs to "ape" format...library shows (8) files (4 ape's & 4 cda's).

Is this something experienced by anyone else?

Greatly appreciate your input,

BAllen
