Apple .m4p files will not burn to CD

My library contains a handful of Apple .m4p files, which will not burn to CD when using latest version of MC 10. Attempted various burn sessions with just .m4p files, then a playlist including both .m4p and .mp3 files. Whenever process encounters the Apple files, entire burn session will terminate. All is fine with only .mp3 files, but the .m4p's are a show stopper. Any suggestions? thanks in advance.
