Deskbar registration.
« on: August 21, 2004, 10:06:26 am »

I received notification that my trial period had expired.  I submitted a purchase reuest and 5 minutes later received an Email which included my Registration Code. .  I copied the Code from the Email and then Pasted it in the box on the Restore page and pressed the restore button.
What came up appeared to be an unreadable encrypted message.
However, the notification that the trial period has expired did disappear.  I tried this three times with same result.
I now have a message that I've used three of my 5 annual restores.
What have I done wrong?  How do I correct this situation?
Thank you,

When you purchase, the license is installed automatically.

Don't worry about the restores.  If you run out, post a message here.

Don't post your Registration Code here, or the license will be revoked.

Use IE when you restore.

Thanks for the prompt reply.  I've done as you suggested and came up with the same result.  The Deskbar works perfectly but in the "Set Up" tab I get the same message in the "Registered to:" box.  "Expired: Your trial period has elapsed.".
I'm down to 1 restore, but as you indicated, that's not a problem.  It's just is a bit disconcerting not to have things work as they should.
