For cover art naming I would like to see a rule based system. I would use this: "[Artist]/[Album]/[Artist] - [Album] - Front". The "Front" is there because I usually have other album images too: "Back", "CD", "Booklet", etc.
I am not going to have over 2000 identically named "folder.jpg" files on my HD and in my Media Library.
However, with a rule based system you could use for example this: "[Artist]/[Album]/folder" and get what you want.

At the moment the folder is Assorted and the Pains are Multiple Artists...
Hmm... The correct word is "panes".
pain =

4. pains - Great care or effort: take pains with one's work.
Informal: A source of annoyance; a nuisance.

1. a. A framed section of a window or door that is usually filled with a sheet of glass or other transparent material.
b. The transparent material used to fill such a section.
2. A panel, as of a door or wall.
3. One of the flat surfaces or facets of an object, such as a bolt, having many sides.
