I have been speaking very highly of this program to friends, until last night.  I was playing from me playlist when the entire computer went to a blank blue screen.  The only thing I could do was hit the power button to shut down.   

Powered up fine and I opened Media Center to find all of my playlist entries we're no longer there.  I also noticed that a number of song we're no longer in Mdeia Center.  I went an did a import to find 400 songs we're found.

MC is working fine now, no problems.  I am very concerned to what caused this.
My Laptop is extremely clean of any types of problems.  The only thing I run on it is MC and this computer does not touch the internet.

Any clues to what caused this?

I have Media Center version 10  /  Possible upgrade may be the problem?

A blue screen is usually a hardware problem.  You could try a google search to learn more.  The missing playlists may have been caused by a disk write failure.
