I bought Mediajukebox Plus on January 16, 2002 and I have a happy user since. A few days ago I was looking for software that would allow me to split a video file larger than 700MB into two, so that I could record it in two CDs. (My e-mail then was GASerna@aol.com   That e-mail account doesn't exist anymore)

At that time I thought I had MediaJukebox and that MediaJukebox Plus would probably allow me to do what I wanted. But I already had Mediajukebox Plus. I bought it again on 10/20/2002.

So, could I please have a refund for the second purchase?

I'm sorry, but we don't refund for duplicate purchases unless they occur more or less at the same time.   Yours are ten months apart.

You could give the second registration as a gift to a friend maybe?  MJ would make a terrific gift!
