No Windows Media, No Real Audio
« on: October 25, 2002, 03:55:03 pm »

After installing RealOne player and the newest Windows Media Player 9 (beta) - it's impossible to play Real Media and Windows Media formats in the Jukebox. It wants to load some older versions of Real Player and Windows Media Player, which I obviously refuse.

Is JRiver going to do something about it?

The Jukebox was so nice a program "all in one" but now it's good for playing MP3 only...  :(

Kind regards

Try updating MJ.  That should solve the problem with Real formats.  The problem with MS formats may be theirs.

Make sure you check the associatons for those two programs during installation. (Custom Install)
In the future, you can just reinstall MJ after any installation that grabs file associations and it will get them back... if they're checked.
