Win XP Pro Profile problem
« on: October 22, 2002, 11:13:55 am »

I have a problem with Media Jukebox on my Win XP Pro.

It is installed on one profile and works fine, but when I try to start it up on another profile, it doesn't work, and the Skin's are "blank". This has only happened with the version that started using skins.

Even if I set my skin to standard it has this problem.

I was hoping that this problem would disapear since I purchased the full product, but no luck.

I have download the latest version, and it has been uninstalled & reinstalled to no avail.

Any one know how to fix this?

Yes, both accounts have been set up as full administrator.

Try installing MJ for each user.

Just tried to install it again on the other account.

This is what comes up when you start, as you can see the skins fail. Usually an error box comes up as well, but as it is all black except for a yellow exclamation mark, I can't read what it says...
