Try to isolate the cause of the problem. For example, disable transcoding, or transcode to a different format.
Let us know what you find.
Thanks.
FYI, I've been running with 302 and have seen it again, 3 more times to be specific. I've got a log for you (is there any way to attach a file?) I currently have it transcoding to Vorbis - Normal. I'll try none for a while and see what happens.

I've let it go for a while without transcoding and get the same errors.
