Creative Zen Xtra problems
« on: February 06, 2005, 07:21:08 pm »

I just got a creative zen xtra and I'm having pronlem with it syncing with MC.  It is recognized but the only thing that gets sent to the player are playlist.  I have changed the option for handheld syncing but they seems to not have effect.

What version of MC do you have? How are you sending the files/playlists?

I have the latest MC 11 beta (11.0.190).  I don't really use playlists that much.  I have the plugin for the xtra.

Do you have the option for 'Sync all files' checked?

That's the thing...I've checked that box before but for some reason the options I pick never stay selected; the nest time I go under handheld options everythings back to the defaults.

Try opening the Action Window and click 'Synchronize' and then select 'Sync All Files' there. I think this will solve the problem.
