OK so I've had to re-register because I've changed my PC and my email address; why don't you accept the code I enter. I have even had you re-send to me. It is the same original code you sent me. I am carefully entering correctly and still I get a message saying there is no record of this code. You have just sent me this code!
You have had your money, I would like some help please !

Martin,
You have a license for Media Jukebox Version 8.  Make sure that's the version you have.  You can download it again from this page:

http://www.musicex.com/mediajukebox/download.html

Please find your Registration Code (not the Install Key) and restore.

This page has more information:

Did you copy and paste the Registration Key onto the restore page?
