Question about reinstall/recharge

 I had to reinstall Media Jukebox because it was, evidently, corrupted.  I did a complete as possible uninstall (i.e., deleting registry keys).
 When I reinstalled, I restored my license as per the instructions, but I received this email message from JRiver:

"You have been charged one restore.
Your installation key, good for two weeks, is attached to this message"

I already paid for Media Jukebox once, over the summer ($24.95).  Am I getting charged again?  What gives?  :o

No.  It should say "you have used a restore".  You have 10 each year.
