Question on MC11 Web Media
« on: March 18, 2005, 05:27:50 am »

Can anyone tell me more about the web radio stations and how to access them.

Searching though the list of web media I can't get any of the country stations to play. I either get a "downloading missing codec" message that goes forever or nothing. So far the only station I have been able to play is one euro-dance station. (which has it's place but is not what I'm looking for)

Checking some of the websites I get asked to dowload new players and sign up for various premium services.

What format does MC 11 stream and so what should I be looking for if I search the web myself looking for stations to stream ?

Thanks,
Stephen

I think they're Realmedia, which is a shame. I wish they'd impliment Shoutcast support (there's only like a gazillion shoutcast stations out there)

MC should play Windows Media and Real streams.
