Who do I direct a request to for direct support of the Barix Exstreamer line of products.

For thoise that have not seen them have a look here http://www.barix.com

For those that have seen and may use them, how do you find them, what is the best way to use them with mediacenter.  I currently use the vacard software, but unfortunately have no volume control from within mediacenter (not sure why this is).  Using the vacard uses a fair bit of cpu usage on my older P600 machine so I expect any support written into mediacentre will help lower the cpu usage.

Is there anything else out there that is similar that will allow me to create multiple zone

I'm pretty sure the exstreamer is not UPnP compatible. But there are lots of similar devices that are. Check in this thread for more info:
