Hi,

i am registered user.

i use 2 pc.

One pc's OS is windows xp, Other is windows2000(applied service pack 3)

When i install a license file to windows2000's pc,

Media jukebox occured a Windows Application Error.

Windows 2000's Event Viewer show me the Error.

Error message is "In Address 017E796C (<nosymbols>) c0000005 Error Occured"

i can't install license file.

How can i install license file?

Which version of Media Jukebox (help->about) and what version did you originally purchase?

The Error occured in Media Jukebox 8.0.388, also 8.0.293,8.0.370,8.0.385

I still need the version that you purchased: MJ 6, 7 or 8.

Are you using Internet Explorer?

If it is version 8, did you try right clicking, saving the file, and then double-clicking on the saved file?
