Hello, I just got media jukebox 2 hr. ago.

the E. Mail that i got said:

enter the registratio code to the registation page,
to get a restore KEY after 13 days ? but not before 14 days ? or i will lose a registration KEy ? then every 14 days to enter restore key ?

but not to enter code or  it will cost me a restore key.

then to use my registoration code ? to get a INSTALLATION KEY ? so i can get a restore KEY!!!!

come on..  

Do i have to go through this every 14 days.

I do not know if this is getting out to anyone
because on this form i am to

start a new thread  
            WHAT ?

then click on start button  ??
                      WHAT ??
then go to the board index page ??

     what index page

PLEASE IF THERE IS AN ADMINISTRATOR out there please

This place is hopeless. No one is helping me either. All I get, is notification that I have purchased, then restored. And everything gets rejected.

I doubt this gets through. What nonsense.

I'm not sure that it's "this place" that's hopeless. You have not clearly identified your problem nor have you waited for a response. The only time you stated anything more than a vague dissatisfaction was a post at 1 AM. In the meantime, the server crashed. That's in the very top post.
We will help you but you have to be specific AND cooperative.
I still have no idea exactly what problem you're having.

Read the FAQ more carefully. I have only had to do a license set-up once in almost two years. You DON'T have to do it every 14 days. I'm not an expert on that subject because it's required so seldomly. Read the FAQ ... again. Slowly.

Denon's problem was solved by Nickolai, but the server crash ate it.

Whizkers, please start a new thread with some concrete data for us to work with.
