Program hangs when tagging
« on: May 23, 2005, 07:15:35 pm »

The program consistently hangs when tagging. I can input all the changes I want, but when I hit the enter key, the program immediately hangs and has to be ended using ctl-alt-del. Any suggestions to clear this up would be appreciated.

My database is quite large - approximately 35,000 audio files. Virtually all of them are resident on five drives within my own box. I'm running Windows XP Pro on a standard Pentium 4 box, Is there a limit to the number of items the database can hold?

I just removed most of the files in the database, down to 3866 files

I am attempting to convert the files with a smaller database.

I will let you know later how it comes out...
