Steam Video (TV from the web) to Tivo

I read that the older versions of MC cannot stream video, but can the new version 11 do it???   

I can stream MP3 and Radio stations via Tivo, but is it possible to stream video from a web page or from a web camera (that has an IP address)?  Would be a nice feature.

Sorry, we don't stream video to the TiVo.
