After using the trial version for the complete 30 days, I decided to purchase the version 11 jukebox. I completed the purchase and received my restore number via email. When opening the program after the purchase, I still was getting the display informing me that my trial period was over. I had three options: buy now, something else and restore. Having already paid for the restore number, I went to restore. Here I have two options: restore from file or internet. When I opened the file, there was no program or file in the designated folder. Then when attempting to restore from the internet, I put in my restore number into the appropriate blank. What I got then was a popup that read as follow:

I have no clue what to do since I have already purchased the number once. Any help would be appreciated.
