Copying sound from DVD's
« on: July 14, 2005, 10:26:34 am »

Assistance and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Using MJ 8, is there a way to  copy only the sound tracks from a DVD? I have a DVD video jazz concert, and I would like to burn the music to a cd to play on my car cd player. And if I can't use MJ 8, can I do it with Windows Media Player, or some other "free" download product?

My other option is to hook up a DVD player to my sound card via my stereo system and use the MJ 8 "record" function, but it seems like there ought to be an easier and better way.

Thanks,
  Dick
