I'd like to purchase MC11, and I use Firefox.  I tried making IE the default browser and turning off any popup blockers, but still nothing happens when I click 'BUY NOW'.

Is there no alternative method to register?

This isn't a new situation. For purchasing and in many cases downloading, I.E. is required.


You might try what Alex suggested:

One thing worth of trying could be uninstalling Firefox temporally, updating all IE components to the latest from Windows update site (this might return IE to its default state) and buying MC before reinstalling Firefox. You can backup and restore your Firefox bookmarks in its Bookmarks Manager.

Another option would be to use a friend's computer that does use I.E. and save everything to a disc and install from the disc.

If you have another PC on your local network, try it.

Try uninstalling (not just turning off) any firewall, antivirus, spam software, etc.
