Ape to Wma - "failed to convert"
« on: August 27, 2005, 07:53:30 pm »

I have a fresh install of MC 11.0.313 after doing a reinstall of XP. I just tried to convert some ape files to wma and I get a "failed to convert". MC offers no other explanation or help other than a failure message so I don't know how to troubleshoot this. Can anybody tell why this would happen? The files play fine.

Just for grins, I also tried to convert to mp3. After downloading the converter, MC again gave me the "failed to convert" message with no other help.

Try one ape file and convert to wav.

What is the destination?  Does it exist?  Check other conversion options.

That was it. "D;" didn't exist. "D:" does!   :-[
