I purchased my Media Center on August 10.2004. I know i've done a lot of modifications on my computer from that time till now. but i don't remeber re-installing the Media Center that many times. There telling me i have 0 installs left. Even if that where true aren't i intitled to 10 new installs starting August of 2005 ?  Also is there an upgrade price from Media Center 10 to Media Center 11 ? I tried to change my new e-mail address from my old when i purchased the Media Center but it keeps telling me it cant find my old e-mail address if you need the pruff of purchase e-mail you sent me. please tell me how to get it to you. Thank You

Try restoring again.  It should work now.  Your current e-mail is your comcast account.
