Trouble transferring Audible files to handheld
« on: September 17, 2005, 02:18:41 pm »

I'm having trouble transferring .aa Audible files to my Creative Muvo N200 handheld.  I get a file type not supported error.

Anyone have any idea what might be wrong?

Thanks.

If you manually copy an aa file to your Muvo (i.e using Windows Explorer) is the file recognizable and playable?

I haven't tried that.  If I use the audible manager software it transfers and plays fine.  I'll try copying with Windows Explorer and let you know.

Please copy your system info from MC Help and paste it here.

If you aren't using MC 11.0 314, please try it.

Audible Manager converts the files to a compatible format for certain devices. If this is what you need to have done, this support is coming but not currently included. The test of dropping files on the device from Windows Explorer will clarify this.
