I want to have one english\hebrew OS and one english OS.

Any Windows no latin letter lost in stability.And there is a lot of unpleasant side effects with text,keyboard and so one.
The OS i will use 98% of the time is the english one=ME
the hebrew one=98SE

How i install the programs like players and so on?

98SE Hebrew with only Windows updates and all the softwares under ME?

I need 98SE hebrew only to type: login in some sites,auctions,buy.Do not even care about cds in hebrew.I put the english translation as tags
