Is there any way to save my settings in case I should reinstall MC?

JPG image tags are written to the file.

View schemes can't be saved.

How can I "see" the tags, saved in the images? I used several programs, but non of them seem to read them.

They're specific to JRiver Media Center.  MC reads and writes these tags.  It also can read TIFF tags (but not write them).

Summary: MC writes tags to my files, and only MC can read them. If I remove MC the tags are still there, and when I reinstall MC they are read again. If this is correct, then I'm safe whenever I'll reinstall my computer.

Correct, but it wouldn't hurt to test.  You can use MC's Library Manager to set up a new directory and import  a few files.  It's under File/Library.  Choose a new location for your library database files.
