The best support for handheld devices is in MC 11.1, now in beta, in a thread on the MC board here.

Ramona,

Is your device recognized by Windows Media Player? Is it detected by your PC as a fixed or removable drive?

Ramona,

If the PC is not recognizing the device, try checking the device manufacturer's web site for drivers or other information about getting it to work. We do not have that device here so I do not have any recommendations.

Good luck.
