I just used Import media on my MP3 folder and my APE folder.  The Ape import was first and appears to have retrieved the files accurately.  The MP3 was way short.  For example I have 21 CD's of Beatles and on 6 imported.  I then ran the import and pointed to the beatles director and It did not fix.  I upgrade to 11.1.111 and it still did the same thing.

I rip to ape for my stereo and convert to mp3 for my ipod.
